Core Computer provides a 30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Hardware failure under normal use
Defective internal components
Custom PC hardware malfunction (hardware only)

Our Commitment

If a verified hardware defect occurs within 30 days, Core Computer will repair the product or replace the defective component (at our discretion).

Warranty Does Not Cover

Software issues, viruses, or malware

Operating system corruption

User-installed programs or drivers

Physical damage (drops, liquid, cracked screens)

Power surge damage

Overclocking or improper settings

Customer misuse or neglect

Third-party repairs or modifications

Data loss

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty is immediately void if:

Device is opened or disassembled

Internal parts removed or modified

Warranty seals are broken/tampered

BIOS/Firmware improperly modified

System reset/formatted (preventing diagnostics)

Unauthorized repairs attempt
